Let Page and Moyse catering teach you the art of artisan bread making. The best way to learn is the ‘hands-on’ approach ensuring that all new bakers will learn that making bread is not difficult and learning some great tips along the way.
This is an enriched dough bread workshop which emphasis on creating traditional English sweet breads and savoury rolls. Enriched bread typically has the addition of eggs, sugar, milk, butter and sometimes olive oil. Think golden Chelsea buns, Devonshire splits and delicious types of small rolls. Get stuck into some serious moulding and shaping techniques.
Suitable for all abilities and complete novice bread makers.
Recipes on this course will include:
• Traditional assorted bread rolls
• Chelsea buns
• Devonshire splits
The course will run from 10.30am until 3.00pm and include a light lunch and tea/coffee refreshments.
This course will be a fully hands on experience and include all the ingredients, equipment, refreshments and recipes for the day.
Please note that no alternative recipes / ingredients will be available on the day of the course
